Developers don’t know how to make an app
Keeps giving network error although I have good internet. The result is just wasting an hour of repeated requests for a 3 minute ride. Notification and alerts have never worked for me causing to miss the rides. The ride algorithm is also flawed which is not related to this app alone. Wait times are never accurate and some times 5 minute is 20 minutes! That means people might take a risk of getting robbed rather than losing their minds with this app! But anyway you should call the dispatcher old fashioned way if you desperately need a ride. This app is just a waste!

They need to get it together.
There was recently a couple of armed robberies, one which resulted in a student getting shot. Their response? “Increased shuttle services and a better safe ride program”. Tell me why in the time it takes to get picked up I could have walked home, walked back to campus, and then walked home again. Leisurely. I could have walked a 5k leisurely in the time it takes them.

Wait times are not accurate. So often you request and the driver is just sitting in a parking lot. Way better to Uber.
