This is the worst LS store ever. Our salesman, Yussef lied to and misled us regarding timing of our delivery right from the beginning. He is the kind of person that gives all salespeople a bad name. I don’t say that lightly given I have been a professional salesman for 35 years. Now, after trying for weeks we cannot get anyone at this store to respond to us at all. I’m trying to cancel my order that I have been waiting on for almost 2 months and no one will respond. I have been a faithful customer of LS but after this experience i will never buy from them again. Going to The Dump to see if that are better at treating their customers. Sad

This app is SO glitchy. I keep trying to use it to shop, but continuously am disappointed. Although I choose my store’s location, it constantly changes. It changes screens without me even touching anything. I try to search and it enlarges the screen. I can’t even list everything. Please make more of a conscious effort to make this app great. PLEASE. I love Living Spaces and want to use it more.
And change the name to ‘Living Spaces’ (not ‘Pro Shopper’ - that’s just stupid) so we all can find it.

I click on a couch, hit the back button to look at a different one (crazy right?) and it takes me aaaaall the way back to the home page asking me if I want to scan a barcode, visit website, track order etc. This is exactly what all other reviewers are reporting. Deleting and shopping elsewhere.
