Follow these steps to resolve intermittent QP app issues:

Force Stop the QP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click QP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update QP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "QP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch QP.
