How to fix Steam app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Steam app on iPhone
Update Steam app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Steam iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Steam on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Steam network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Steam not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Steam App
1. On android, goto Settings » Steam » click [Force Stop]

Update Steam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Steam App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Steam » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Steam.

Fix Steam unable to contact server/ Steam internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Steam » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Steam » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
