News for Heat Basketball Reviews

At first I was really upset about the Miami Dolphins app charging a subscription but figured it was a low price for the content. However, now this Heat app is charging too? Both of these apps were free and now both are charging for access to them? C'mon now. Really? Is the Miami Herald really expecting all of their users to pay multiple subscriptions, one for each app, for content that had already been free and easily accessible online anyway? Wow.

Additionally, it isn't even written for the iPad. Neither are any of the other apps they are charging for.

Was excited to use News, but before I can even explore around it's already asking me to sign up. This I'd one of those tricks so you sign up and forget to sign out then they start charging for something they provide for free on the Internet. Figure out what you want to do herald!! Free or not free. They're just trying to make a buck and get on News bandwagon. I can understand a subscription to the full paper, but not this. The paper is dying and they're trying everything, but some things leave a bad taste in our mouths herald!

News is awesome. It has a five dollar subscription or something like that but it is totally worth it.

Used to work amazing now it won't open what happened? Please fix it.

There has to be something illegal or at least extremely unethical about giving someone a free app, then giving them an upgrade, and then, without informing the customer, make them pay for News that used to be free. This should be investigated.

News does not crash, gives stats, and is a great app for die-hard heat fans:)

I need you to fix your app because it started crusing and I cannot even open News soon after I paid the subscription following a trial period ends. I cannot see it with paying!!!!

I guess we can add the Miami Herald to our list of scam artists now. Way to go guys. Sell outs. Charging Miami for friggin blog entries is taking it pretty low don't you think? Consider firing your marketing genius as I will also cancel my newspaper subscription with you guys as well!

Do yourself a favor and install the official Miami Heat app instead of this mediocre thing. It's 100 times better and best part? It's FREE. Yes, free. No subscription to pay for and no Miami Herald bull. Comes to show you that $ doesn't buy quality and the best things in life are free!!!

I had News for a few weeks and it was free and the AppStore had an update for it so I updated News . I guess now they want you to pay for it! That's lame it's just this app u can get online anyways I'm deleting it now!

Like most pathetic Miami fans, News lacks anything worth looking at. Since most Miami fans are bandwagon fans who have only been following the team for two years News is appropriately weak.

The different sections add nothing new. We lost the national basketball this app. Not even worth the $1 a month. Looks better but nothing here
