Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Leya app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Leya app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Leya app on iPhone
Update Leya app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Leya iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Leya on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Leya network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Leya not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Leya app issues:

Force Stop the Leya App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Leya app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Leya to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Leya App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Leya app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Leya.

Fix Leya unable to contact server/ Leya internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Leya » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Leya » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Leya on android.
