I can't sign in. I know user name and password are correct since I can log in on my computer. But, on the app it says "An error has occurred".

Your app won't open. The red line begins to crawl across the top of the app and then goes back to the beginning on the left and then keeps attempting to crawl across to the right side of the app giving one the sense that it's loading but it never loads

It is strange that there is a few days that I try to rent a car with u-haul and the website goes down during the renting process and every one informs this every where but the company doesn't care.

Uhaul app keeps loading and entire page keeps bouncing. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Problem fixed temporarily then right back to same problems.

How to fix U-Haul app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the U-Haul app on iPhone
Update U-Haul app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall U-Haul iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix U-Haul on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve U-Haul network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

U-Haul Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix U-Haul not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the U-Haul App
1. On android, goto Settings » U-Haul » click [Force Stop]

Update U-Haul to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear U-Haul App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » U-Haul » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart U-Haul.

Fix U-Haul unable to contact server/ U-Haul internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click U-Haul » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto U-Haul » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch U-Haul
