Doorbell setup app stops responding once you get to screen warning about which screws to use. Can get past that point. Android phone. Tried to setup on my other android and same problem! Frustrating. Have reinstalled app. Turned off phone. Waited a day. Ring needs to urgently fix this bug!

I can't get help chat bot non functional, no one answers phone , no email for help, can't get app to work. I want to return but website not accepting my email, order number, phone number or anything. I want my money back for this complete rip off. 350 dollars for total garbage, unusable and ZERO customer service

My app keeps crashing on my samsung phone

Hello, I called earlier for help because I cannot access my application on my iPhone. I deleted the application and reinstalled it twice. I was told to try it on a different device which I have on my iPad and can gain access and it works fine. I have also had my wife check the app on her phone and it works fine as well. On my my iPhone I keep getting a notification it says an error occurred please try again later. This is been happening off and on for two weeks and in the past two days it has been permanent. I need to get this resolved please help.

Cannot receive verification code bye email. Can it be sent by texting it to that . llong@redacted

- Takes too long to move from notification to video
- Motion is only detected when user walks out the front door or a car drives by
- Doorbell stops working right after someone rings the doorbell and won’t work again until unplugged and plugged back in
- Issue with doorbells not being able to operate all the time when in-house chime is also activated
