For a company that is selling collab shoes and nice items, their app is terrible! There wasn’t any thought into making Greenhouse and no care for their customers. You can’t save your information on Greenhouse to have it ready for drops and besides releases, Greenhouse has no other purposes. You can see a little information on each item that will drop to let you know that it’s going to be a thing but other than that, there’s nothing great. Please redesign your app and make it worth having.

checking out doesn’t work, submitting payment doesn’t work, then had the audacity to raise their shoe price from $80 to $300 in the cart! Waste of time. Don’t even bother with Greenhouse.

Greenhouse has too many bugs. After adding the product to my cart, filling in my information multiple times because it wouldn’t take it, and proceeding to check out I still ended up having a server error. In fact, the item is still in my cart but shows up as sold out in the shop tab. Before another limited release, those things should be taken care of before hand.

Downloaded Greenhouse hoping to see cool stuff on there and see the merch these creators made. No products at all. Can’t even make a profile. Really lame app

Very slow, basic, tried to buy a sneaker many times timed out, error messages. If you don’t know how to do efficient working app just don’t do it. Waste of time.

I don't usually leave reviews but I downloaded Greenhouse just to buy some newly released shoes and I keep getting errors. Very annoying. Used 3 different CCs and the same thing happens. Oh, and you go back and lose all your inputs? Smh.

Managed to get a pair into my cart before they sold out, with a release of 9am. By 902 I had entered my information and was in checkout. Received multiple submission errors and validation errors. Changed cards, same thing. It is still currently giving me errors.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was on app all morning for the new Breaking Bad shoes. Original launch was 7am...switched to 12pm within 10 mins of turning 7am. Then when the shoes finally launched at 12...It was error message and loading spin wheel for half hour. When I finally got through to checkout. The “$80” shoes were magically “$240”. Even after biting the bullet, cause I really wanted the shoes...got validation error at end. Spent an hour, and no shoes. Greenhouse needs to be thrown out and burned. Absolute TRASH

I’ve been a huge fan of Paperboy Paris and wanted to get some of their stuff so I downloaded Greenhouse and waited for the drop. Now when it dropped there were some bugs and I couldn’t get it in my cart, but it turns out they were having difficulties trying to knock the bots off. After that everything was seem less and I’m getting my package by the end of the week.

All these bad reviews must’ve been tweaking because other than me pissing my pants that it might get sold out, Greenhouse pulled through and I got my product. Thanks this app!
