I downloaded MTGO because it is the only place in the US where you can watch the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Charter is not on the list of providers and there is no paid subscription option. MTGO is now deleted. Thanks cable companies.

I changed cable providers and MTGO offer no option to change it. I deleted it and reinstalled to see if it would “delete” all the data like the message outlined

It kept the old login and you cannot change it. A glitch and a lie. You lied when you said you would delete the data.

MTGO Store has this listed as free with no “in app purchases” label next to the “Get” button. It also says MTGO is “Included with my Spectrum account”.

After downloading MTGO and signing in with Spectrum, every single episode has a red key affixed to it, meaning I can’t watch them. A message appears that says I don’t have MotorTrend included with my Spectrum account. If that’s true, then ok fine — but don’t say that MTGO is included with my account when it’s not, and don’t label it as free when it’s not.

MTGO is AWFUL!! It might be a good app if you like to watch the same three commercials over and over again every 7 minutes. And, if you like to sign in every time you want to watch. Very Painful and frustrating. Yuk!

Does it work? I have no ideal, since I downloaded it I logged on my network and all MTGO does is well uh ask me to rate it after I had waited, shut it down, restarted, nothing, shut it down, deleted, downloaded, restarted, nothing.......you get the picture. I sure haven't.

I already pay for the cable service. If I want to watch the commercials I’d watch it as listed. I don’t expect commercials from an app who already makes their money off the commercials aired during the initial airing of the programs. I guess I’m back to recording my shows and fast forwarding through commercials. MTGO is junk until they fix the horrible advertising problems. It really is too bad because all my favorite shows reside on MTGO and channel. One viewer lost.

The Velocity network is one of my favorite channels. However, this velocity go app turns out to be just one almost constant commercial. You watch for like 5 minutes and then you have to sit through 5 to 6 separate commercials. I know you guys have to make money but 5 or 6 commercials in a row? Come on!

Why so many commercials, MTGO is not completely free, you need to have a cable subscription and pay for it, so why the insane amount of commercials. I’ve used free apps with less commercials than this. The fact that it takes longer to watch an episode of a show using MTGO than to actually watch it live is just not acceptable.

Happy to have ability to watch a bunch of my favorite shows from their library. But I have so many Problems going back to watch shows midway through. Makes you restart and have to watch the commercials again!!!! Never seems to remember where I left off. Lots of error messages. Video quality very poor sometimes. Constant commercials. Hate the force watching of commercials. Not 1 or 2, but 8 of horrific unstoppable commercials four times during a show. First they ruined the channel by forcing all these fake American Chopper type shows on us, but being forced to watch the crap commercials? Done.

I’m happy I can watch the shows I missed when they originally aired, but the commercials..... If you watch a program half way through and want to watch it again later, you can’t just simply forward to the place you left off. They force you to watch all the commercials again and the commercial breaks are often unbearably long. Sometimes showing the same commercials multiple times in the same break. I like MTGO and the commercials aren’t a “deal breaker”, but I could give it a higher rating if usability and commercials were refined a little.

I used to love MTGO but lately it’s become a royal pain. Constantly have to sign in even if I check the “remember me box”. Plus if I watch an episode half way through, when I come back to it I have to start all over again. It doesn’t remember where I left off. Updates are supposed to fix bugs, not create new ones, because it never had these issues before.

App - navigation is a little clumsy and cluttered in aesthetics. I wish I could create my own station per say, selecting the shows I like and they all appear in my station.

Content - Like always picture is great and you don't let me down.

Commercials - way too many full size forced viewing. I recommend having more content earlier in the experience.

So far, MTGO has been better than many of the others. I loads easy, it doesn't crash, and I can watch the shows I want...I
Unlike discoverygo or fox sports, which crash a lot on my iPad. Or FX, which won't even load.

App works great, don’t have to hit next to binge watch. Thanks love 85% of the shows. Picture quality is awesome on the phone or chrome cast.

The motor trend app give the ability to watch my show when I not home but on vacation I still can see my shows and never miss a single episode

I love that I can watch my favorite shows. It works well with my Chromecast, and therefore I am bale to watch them in beautiful HD. Thank you Velocity!
