Top UI when selecting to go back, search, etc. is too small even when using my XL glove sized hands on my iPhone 7.

Photos: they are low resolution and no longer have the option to select and scroll through the photos unless you scroll down.

Details about a warranty regarding items on sale. I have visited the warranty Q&A on the main website; however, whether an item is supported by a warranty or not is not explicitly stated in an item’s this app.

As another review said, Drop is essentially a copy/paste of the website, however I believe this to be expected since the company name has been cut in half and made to look like a shopping mall version of Ubisoft’s ‘The Crew 2’. I do miss the old company name and the cursive logo.

I feel that the company is not being considerate of their customer base and is not strongly reinforcing their connections with their distributors so that they too can provide exceptional service.

Last star taken off for finally having an app. Seriously, people have been asking for an app since a giant meatball from space eradicated the dinosaurs. My frustrations may result in me ‘this app’ping dead.

I expect more out of this company, and Drop , in the very near future.

I have a few issues:
1- you cannot cancel your order, even if it’s two weeks before your product even ships! Which leads me to :

2- it took 2 months for product to ship

3- and finally, they will send you cheaper products with manufacturer defects. I purchased $300 dollar Sony noise Cancelling headphones and the cups were lose, the pads mushy and panel gaps huge. I had the same headphones purchased at full price before and immediately priced the difference.

4- customer service that will not respond to email for one week at a time, supposedly so the product ships before that can cancel your order

100% Would not recommend. Spend the extra $30 dollars and get your item from a reputable seller and get a genuine product.

Every time I try to log in on Drop or mobile browser, I get met with a pop-up offering $10 off. This is a nice gesture but I can't even use Drop or look at products. I get stuck in an infinite loop of signing in and having to go through the whole process over and over. After 10 tries to just browse products, I'm done with it.

Misrepresented a product I purchased, billing it out as leather, when in fact it was plastic. Failed to resolve to my satisfaction. It would have cost them $14 extra to clean up their mess to my satisfaction and they failed to do it. They just lost a customer who’d spent > $750 with them so far.

notifications do not work and does not appear in notification settings. does not work at all in iOS 13. released an update 9/30 to “fix” iOS 13 and still crashes immediately.

Drop is just a iPhone layout of the website. No iPad support. Best to just use a web browser and visit the site without logging in.

Nothing is more annoying than a company that doesn’t want to optimize an app for iPad. Drop is horrendous on IPad Pro 12.9 inch. Having to hold the iPad like a phone...

Are you kidding? Load this up and all the pictures have giant words like ARROW_FORWARD and BOOKMARK_BORDER overlaid onto them. Isn’t translating the html or image tags properly, making it almost impossible to actually use at all. Was any testing at ALL done on this before release?

An app like this is something I’d keep on my iPad and use, however, you have no support for the iPad Resolutions?

Disappointed. Especially after learning about Massdrop from Linus only to see their own app does NOT support bigger displays.

But as of iOS 13.1 it won’t stay open. Opens part way then closes. Please fix it.

4 stars just for finally having an app. Now please focused on making it better. It's less than snappy, and clearly not a native iOS experience.
