Downloaded SafeTravels JUST so I could write this review. Many seem frustrated that SafeTravels does work with the website, however it states that it is not affiliated with the Hawaiian government or their safe travels program. It’s just a way for record keeping before you travel. So no, there will not be a login because it is not affiliated to the site. You will need to contact the safe travels Hawaii team for more information and help. Wanted to help out!

Come on man! Why release an app that doesn’t work??? Can’t save info, create a trip or navigate SafeTravels efficiently. Flat out doesn’t work.

If they can’t launch effectively, how can one enter their personal info and expect it to be safe?

Look for an alternative! SafeTravels has too many issues.

I had no problem using the website on my laptop. I used Google to login. However, when I got SafeTravels and tried to login, it doesn’t work. No option to use Google and the name/password combo doesn’t work. Frustrating.

I’m not even sure it’s a scam. Doesn’t work and won’t help me expedite anything even though we are triple vaccinated.
What a waste of time. At this point I’m not sure how far back I need to go to start over.
Who’s going to pay me for my time list trying to do this. This is a shameful APP.

SafeTravels does not want to save data entered. When there is so little time between you get your travel info, have to enter data, and travel date; there is no excuse to ask people to use this mobile app when it’s so disfunctional. This is lame and gives me pain.

Now I know why it has a 1 star rating. I’m sure most reviewers would have given it a 0 if that option was available. On the other hand, if Hawaii is looking for a way to kill its tourist season this summer this should do the trick!

SafeTravels needs to be re-coded. like NOW. the when i try to add a trip, the button doesn't work and i'm not the only one that has to deal with that. sooooo lousy... BEYOND lousy.. if i could give it zero stars I would.

SafeTravels is horrible. It won’t let me update traveler information or add my trip. It doesn’t appear to be synced with the website so what good is it? It’s making me crazy!

Nothing in SafeTravels works. Couldn't add a trio, couldn't save my info and the Hawaiian Airline requires us to use a non working app. Ao confused. Don't they know this doesn't work? Look at all those reviews. Duh

App and web site don’t work. Impossible to do and have confidence it works. Wasted hours already. Makes you want to avoid Hawaii

Can’t update profile or trip via app on Galaxy phone, can’t even login on web and password recovery didn’t help. Is this working for anyone?

SafeTravels DOES NOT WORK!!! Please do not waste your time downloading and trying to enter information because I wasted 2 hours and still can’t get it to save anything!! 🤬😡

Can’t sign-in w/ Google PW like the desktop version/web site asks for. Furthermore, recommend not using web site on portable phone. Omg!

Doesn’t work, won’t recognize password from login from computer. Won’t sync trips. Waste of time. Complete garbage of an app.

As the title suggested, if you have signed up on the website using Google login, this isn’t useful at all.

SafeTravels doesn’t work at all, I think it should be removed from SafeTravels Store

Create account with login and password. Use password and it is not accepted. Reset password and reset code doesn’t work. Tried twice. Click embedded link and launches to an admin console.

Chris Reed posting a nice self portrait in your hello message is inane if your app is not functional. Do you really want Google picture surf to work better than your app.

Horrible app. Cant navigate, can’t add personal information. Wont save my bday or phone number When adding a trip, it asks for a 6 digit code before anything, and won’t let you past it. What code? My flight itinerary has no such code.
Deleting it.

Won’t work on iphone to put in information. Will not save. On the internet browser, I put in my information. It does not sync with my phone app and I am technically competent. Was it written or android users only? Yes, for iphone users, a waste of effort and time at the airport for covid tracing. Why bother.
