Froze on approval screen TWO DAYS ago! No customer service response, No customer phone support’

I just came from a Thornton's convenience store located in Shelbyville KY. I tried to get gas using the earnify app to receive the advertised discount of 20 cents off per gallon each Friday in May. The app isn’t working. I don’t know if this is a Thornton’s issue or an Earnify issue but I’m emailing to let you know of my dissatisfaction. Gas is as high as it’s ever been in America now and people are trying to save money any way they can. I’m quite disappointed. The very day that we are asked to get gas and use the app for savings the app doesn’t work. Please remedy the issue. Sincerely, Joan Hundley

Had been using the earnify app at BP stations, had to get a new BP card due to fraud charges, now the app will not work. Card works, but doesn't give extra savings on Friday purchases. Tried to add the new card to the app, but will not accept the new card information.??

The website is not letting me finish entering my information!! I would rather talk to someone or just never use BP.

fix the damn app. already. The old BP app. worked fine & U idiots broke. Now someone @ Earnify is going 2 blame it on AI. U folks R A-holes!!

The last few times I tried using Earnify at The BP Station at 5043 Southport-Supply Rd Southport NC 28461it errors out dnd doesn’t work. I get the feeling they are not participating in the advertised discount plan

AGAIN the app did not give me the 25 cents off on Fridays during December. This happens too often; and the station attendant says it is the app’s fault. How can this be corrected?

Fueled my car today but "HHS discounts not available" was the message flashing on the pump. Not the first time that specific station has that problem. Transaction #9075749 Hope you can do something about it. Thanks

I upgraded to a new phone. I had to reload all my apps. I now get a 403 forbidden error message when I try to log into the app. I have deleted it and reopened it. Makes no difference. Can this be fixed? Thank you.

App is horrible error message every time you open it. I do not understand why BP did this to there loyal customers 😒 I deleted app frustrated you go to get gas to get out quickly not to get error messages!!!!
