5 Most reported problems 😔💔
I upgraded to a new phone. I had to reload all my apps. I now get a 403 forbidden error message when I try to log into the app. I have deleted it and reopened it. Makes no difference. Can this be fixed? Thank you.
App is horrible error message every time you open it. I do not understand why BP did this to there loyal customers 😒 I deleted app frustrated you go to get gas to get out quickly not to get error messages!!!!

I had to download this app at the gas station and had to through email verification again. But then the app says “ The page isn’t available…”.
This is not the best user experience. It seems ApplePay has been removed according other reviews.
I guess it’s time to change my favorite gas station.
Bring back the old BP app

This app is slow and rarely works. It always says you can use the app at this station and then a minute later, lets you use it.
