The app stopped connecting to the server........reinstalled the app, now it just shows a busy icon. It never loads a screen that can be accessed. Have the STH-ETH-200 hub

App loads can power on device but any other attempt to use the remote within the device (tv) opens the keypad then closes right away. Unable to use remote at all aside from power on power off. Deleted data, Uninstalled, powered off and on, reinstalled. No Change.
