How to fix LM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LM app on iPhone
Update LM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LM Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LM App
1. On android, goto Settings » LM » click [Force Stop]

Update LM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LM App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LM » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LM.

Fix LM unable to contact server/ LM internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LM » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LM » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LM
