To resolve MarlyApp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix MarlyApp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MarlyApp app issues:

Force Stop the MarlyApp App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MarlyApp app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MarlyApp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MarlyApp App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MarlyApp app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MarlyApp.

Fix MarlyApp unable to contact server/ MarlyApp internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MarlyApp » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MarlyApp » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MarlyApp on android.
