Trying to make phone payment on Costco Anywhere Visa card for the past HOUR. Calls either get diverted, don’t go through, get dropped, On the 9th try, I finally got all the way through to the last prompt when the call was dropped AGAIN. Bill is due TODAY. NOTE: First call attempt deflected me to some old age scam & when I said I wasn’t interested, the “seller” refused to acknowledge or transfer my call..

Each time I attempt to open the Mobil app the keyboard which is used to type in access code does not appear. Spent roughly an hour with cust support and nothing. I had to get off out of frustration. Using an old iPhone 7. It normally works smoothly. This is why I never believed in online banking. Too many variables to potentially create a scenario which is only bad for the users. Pissed!

The Citidirect Mobile App on my Android Phone was working . Now I get a message "CitiDirect has detcted untrusted ke... " (thats all I can see) . It will not take any input that I type. I uninstalled and installed application - now cannot enter my userId as it does not take any keyboard inputs (My keyboard is set to default emoji keyboard). Any pointers will be very helpful

CITI App will not capture photo of check to be deposited. The app will select the account and accept the amount, but when the photo was captured, it does not show up. It has been like this for over a month. I never had this issue for years.

I have same problem. Can't take pictures of checks for deposit. also biometrics stopped working. App has problems since last update.

deposit function on app is useless. (pixel 4a--updates are current) very jumpy, captures front too quickly and often does not jump to capture the back. if it captures the back then it won't complete the process. unable to submit and now I have to visit branch. worked fine until your recent update
