When you select take picture (an example is an apple tree, it analyses the shot, and then identifies it as a prune tree ? Does a similar thing with many other plants, in that it identifies them as something they are not ? I've just paid £7,99 to renew my monthly subscription, and this is totally wrong.

Notifications still not working

I am absolutely hating this app. I paid the $29.99 for this and I'm so aggravated that I did. Every time I click on the icon to open it it tells me about paying the $29.99 again! What kind of scam is this? Not only that but when I took a picture of my plant that has obvious white spots and circles all over it it tells me the plant is fine! What kind of nonsense is that? And then it has the nerve to tell me my subscription is already expired and it's not expiring till next month 2024 so what the heck is going on here? And if I can't ask someone what is wrong with my plant and then help me what do I need this ridiculous app for?

The suggestion of going into settings, apps, and then “picture this” is not an option for me as “picture this” does not come up. This would be my second year for this subscription. First year no problems. Now I can do nothing at all. It’s dead, plus it appears to only do plants (not buildings), if it does become functional. Please assist. Thanks, Gail

I have a subscription to Picture This from my iphone. I just replaced my phone with a Google Pixel. Is there anyway to connect my accounts so I will have all my pictures transferred?

The plant I am identifying is not showing on the screen when I am pointing camera at plant, but it takes the photo. It makes it impossible to centre the plant correctly. It has worked correctly for over a year but now stopped showing the image until I have taken the photo. All I see is the black screen and centring lines.

I have a felt bush Kalanchoe and under hardiness it says 20 degrees F. I trusted that. My plant suffered frostbite. Under the more detailed information, which I just discovered is there, it says bring it inside if under 41 degrees. Please update the information and please check that your information is accurate. Also, I live in Arizona, and often when it says 'direct sunlight' that would not be appropriate for plants in Arizona in our extreme heat.

I have an Iphone and since today, can’t open the app, its crashes each time…

Can’t use the app on iPhonw and was billed for a year (until April 2023). Cancel subscription and refund please.

Just to get help on the chat when I was double billed I was sent to some third party outfit I never heard of that wanted my credit card info just to get a question answered about an error. Sets off all kinds of red flags. Many unable to cancel, setting off more red flags. Worst customer service ever.

GloRity is charging me twice in May (12th $6.41 and 13th $4.27). Then every month of $6.41. I thought the $6.41 was a one time charge for the app. I want to keep the the plant identifier - Picture This. What is the $4.27 monthly fee for?

The app is no longer accessing any recent pictures from my photo gallery.

All my pictures from the last 2 years that I've had this app have disappeared! I don't think my subscription has run out but I don't know how to check this.

When I click on the icon, I get nothing at all on my screen. Very frustrating. Please advise.

The app does not always work when I am outside given me messages like poor connection or unable to identify. I make multiple attempts but it seems to be hit or miss. I am just taking pictures of pretty common plantings. Love it when it works right. Is there something I don´t understand about the app?

Very difficult to cancel this app. Should be reported to every regulatory body out there . Would never recommend this to anyone. scam!!!

Having trouble logging in. I know I subscribed yet it keeps telling me to subscribe and my free trial was over. Tried to change password and it says my email is not in the system. The app is difficult but i stll want to use it.

I like the PIcture This App. Bought a new IPhone; had to download the Picture This App. The only alternative is to buy another subscription. I just want to use what I have already bought.

My pictures disappeared. Please advice if they go into a gallery, and how this app works. I do have a paid subscription.
