A few days since the iPhone update , HealthCheck no longer allows me to log in. When I type in my earlier info it claims it doesn’t recognize my info.
HealthCheck is used with my job and it turns out the entire group of people at work is having the same issue. Sad. I actually enjoy keeping track of my health. Hopefully my employer will find a app that actually works.

I dunno, if I were creating an app that I wanted entire workforce and school populations to use on a daily basis, I would maybe make one that didn’t crash on startup every 2-3 days. Having to delete and re-download this thing at least twice a week does not inspire me to look for any more apps “by Stratum”.

Repeatedly gets stuck on boot-up screen. Have to completely shut down my IPad and restart to get HealthCheck to properly open up. None of my other apps do this.

HealthCheck was working perfectly on my iPhone yesterday and today it won't allow me to sign in. Tried resetting password- wouldn't recognize me as a user, deleted app and downloaded again-same issue. Had to use my desktop computer/website, worked fine, had to screenshot my result and email it to myself. Reset my password on my desktop, tried to resign in on iPhone app, same problem as before. App is unstable.

Sort of works but has issues. It occasionally forgets user info, which is annoying but can be dealt with, and it also sometimes locks in to a single child so I can’t perform a check on anyone else associated with my profile.
Online support says to submit a ticket and has a link to a page of FAQ’s without a way to submit tickets.

Please add the ability to switch between kids in HealthCheck . I will not use this because currently I have to log out and back in to do that.

HealthCheck forces you to log out and log back in when trying to complete health checks for multiple children. This is time consuming and inconvenient. Otherwise HealthCheck works well.

Probably more than 60% of the time I go to open HealthCheck on my iPad it won’t open. I have to shut my iPad down and restart it just to get HealthCheck to open. A friend of mine has the same problem with his iPhone. He has to shut down his iPhone and reboot it just open HealthCheck . Its a pain in the butt.
