I have updated card info and paid $12 in advance. The app boots me ba k to "How to Ride" everything and won't start! Please help or refund my money!

Every time I scan a bike it goes to scan then backs out and shows the lime logo. App is not working. Used it once and it was fine.👎

I had an update this afternoon and ever since I can no longer access the juicer side of the app and have been juicing with lime for over a year. Also none of my personal info is in the sections like I should be as well as on the ride side it shows no scooters anywhere however I'm literally standing next to about 20 if them. Write support crwat d a ticket still waiting to hear so thing back. My husband didn't get the update and it allows him to switch to juicer mode and shows his location on the map however it shows nothing else. No tasks, pick ups, drop offs, earnings or even scooters he should have in his My Limes section.

Went to end ride & kept getting network error even after restarting my device and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Made sure that I had strong network connection.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Lime app issues:

Force Stop the Lime App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Lime app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Lime to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lime App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Lime app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Lime.

Fix Lime unable to contact server/ Lime internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Lime » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Lime » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lime on android.
