OK. I signed up for a new account. But I was setting the password on mobile, which means it’s more difficult to capture the password. Apparently I had the wrong password. So I tried numerous times to re-set the password, but never received the re-set link. (I religiously checked the spam folder.) So I gave up and tried to create a new account under another email address. I was told I have an account under that address, so I needed to re-set the password. I tried to do that. But the URLs I was sent to gave me “Error: Unable to validate requested client” and “This site can’t be reached.” I don’t understand why I would have these problems with Citrix? I really want to use this app. The reviews sound great.

It prompts me to sign in whereas i have no idea what account i should sign in.
