App is very fast and allows me to quickly and accurately record progress with my Clients in just a few taps. The Dossier component lets me quickly bring myself up to speed prior to my meetings.
I very seldom pay for an app. However, after using the Trial version and seeing what it can do and has done me for me, I immediately upgraded to the Pro version.
For me, being able to "tell the story" in Salesforce for my Clients allows my Manager to see exactly what is transpiring and actually makes them a better resource to me in resolving issues that may arise.
Support with SmarterMe has been fantastic. I used to be a paper and pen kind of guy with 6 napkins and scribbling on them. With SmarterMe, I now have a means to easily set tasks and establish follow up points to keep me on track.
If you are a Salesforce user and struggle with using Salesforce1, then in my opinion, this is a worthwhile investment to your selling efforts.

I find SmarterMe to be surprisingly useful. Easy to pull your salesforce info into your email inbox. Didn’t have to switch between email, calendar and Salesforce to schedule meetings, update info in Salesforce or send a follow up email with an attachment. Hope they get more interrogations with other apps up and running, but this is solid.

I have used all of the Apps in this category and this app is the leader. They have great support including brief videos on how to use key features. Integrates into Salesforce flawlessly and provides just the right level of Alerts and follow up reminders after the event. Highly recommend SmarterMe . You will save time and become more efficient!

The follow up feature with customers are great! Salesforce updates at the right context is right on. Team sharing allows my sales team to collaborate, which is critical for closing our deal. This is a nifty app that every sales professional should have!

Horrific app. Was able to link Salesforce and Email but it didn’t do anything. Tried to log a few test items and kept receiving errors
Looked like SmarterMe would help gain some additional streamlining in mobile. Unfortunately it won't allow me to add my exchange email. Submitted an email due to not being able to add account and no one has replied other than to say "we are looking into this issue". I thought that the most recent update would have fixed, but when I open SmarterMe it crashes and goes back to home screen.
