Buzzfeed News started out as a clean app with straightforward headlines and nice summaries, but now it is a little too biased. I prefer news stories to be more centered and objective rather than a predictable lean in one direction or the other.

I deleted BuzzFeedNews because my Apple Watch kept giving me updates even after I had turned them off. Then I deleted BuzzFeedNews and I received another notification, which seemed impossible! I finally figured out the mystery, I think that BuzzFeed News had automatically liked itself on Apple News. If you're having issues with unwanted notifications, search for BuzzFeed News in your Apple News and click the heart icon at the top.

I am impressed by buzzfeed news and like to read your articles. However reading with BuzzFeedNews on my iPhone is impossible because the font size is just too tiny. The solution is a font size slider for the text of articles or something in the settings that lets you change that. Lots of text heavy apps have this option. I also tried to click email us feedback but it gave me an error that said I need to have my mail client configured. I can email from other apps no problem.
Please add a text size adjustment because I want to use BuzzFeedNews!!!

I like how Buzzfeed took the step to separate its news from its quizzes and memes. I also really like how they’re making waves in deep investigative reporting, especially the story about the sexual harassment that took place 30 years ago in an orphanage. However, the use of emojis and clickbait-like headlines creates a disparity between the sometimes excellent reporting and the buffoonery of text message conversations. Also, as someone who reads their news on an iPad, the display is too narrow and doesn’t fill the whole screen. The iPhone version of BuzzFeedNews is fine, but the iPad does not make reading news on BuzzFeedNews enjoyable.

The articles are written by buzzfeed, there’s no way around that. But BuzzFeedNews is beautifully set up, customize-able, very user friendly and the alerts are useful. I appreciate that I can be notified of things I’m watching out for and get a snippet of what’s going on all around the world. If anything, BuzzFeedNews is an indication that buzzfeed might be the next big news media outlet to replace baby boomer era media. Once buzzfeed staffers improve on their writing and investigative techniques, this could be the perfect news source.

I have previously used the buzzfeed app on my IPhone and it sucked! Hence I deleted it. Time passed and changes have been made and the current version seems a much better buy. BuzzFeedNews doesn't crash like the previous and the structure is more friendly to manage quickly. The font size is questionable depending on your phone font size settings. It is nothing that can't be easily adjusted.

So good job BuzzFeed!

I love using this as a quick means of learning about the current events and stories. This allows me to skim through and read what I want! The information is condensed, which allows for a fast update but it also connects you to the stories so you can read the entire thing. Love it!

Generally very useful app but still leaves one wanting more accessibility.
There is no search feature so finding articles you’ve already viewed is near impossible after they’re no longer deemed relevant.
Articles with lots of photos almost never have descriptions for the photos and photo stories (articles that are just a series of photographs) don’t allow you to view the photos individually.

I LOVE(D) BuzzFeedNews!!! It offered me news minutes after actually taking place. It was so easy to read all about important global updates and I really enjoyed some of the fun stories the editors put up there. However, it has become so biased. Yes, I understand most media is at odds with Trump but I don’t believe that Buzzfeed should fill every story with an abundant amount of derogatory names and low blows to the commander and chief. But that isn’t the only example of bias I have come across recently. I just hope this platform can be used for straight forward news, not opinionial blogs :(

Love Buzz Feed. Their stories are diverse and headlines are telling. I can get an update on the world at a glance, which is the only way that I like to read the news. It is easy to stay current without spending a lot of time scrolling through multiple news arenas.

Have only had BuzzFeedNews for a sort time but like it. It's easier to read than some others and gives a different viewpoint. Some of my other news apps have re done their apps and not for the better so far BuzzFeedNews is consistent with their format and news. Easy to read headlines and when necessary watch videos without unnecessary commentary

It’s impossible to read anything on a smaller phone. I went from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone SE because I’m tired of using a “mini-mini-iPad” for a phone. BuzzFeedNews offers no dynamic text and ultimately is too tiny to read, and clicking on images does not enlarge them. Why include a copy of a letter in an article with no way to enlarge it for readability? Now I scroll the headlines and Google the ones that interest me so I can read them in a browser. Which kinda negates having their app at all.

I love BF for the exact reason I mentioned in my title: with everyone focusing on politics, it’s nice to get notifications for news stories concerning other matters. Don’t get me wrong, BF political coverage is second-to-none, but I appreciate the balance they provide: balance other big news sites like The New York Times tend to miss.

I love the Buzzfeed app. I depend on Buzzfeed for accurate news without a right wing bias. BuzzFeedNews takes me directly to Buzzfeed. Prior to using BuzzFeedNews , I relied on the "news" app which was standard on the AT&T IPhone. The "news" app provided news from various sources including the fake news "Fox" propaganda machine. Now I can go directly to Buzzfeed.

The insane amount of hyperlinked text in almost every article makes it incredibly frustrating to use BuzzFeedNews. With every other scroll, I’m inadvertently clicking yet another hyperlink and being transferred out of the article I’m trying to read. The most annoying thing is when a hyperlink extends invisibly beyond the actual text that is linked, so I’m constantly tapping links that don’t even appear on the screen. So so so frustrating.

I've been a news freak for sometime now. Started in 2007. My political leanings are leaning to the left and now if I take one step to the left I'll fall off the planet. With that said I find the articles at buzz feed contemporary and concise. Information and fact are so incredibly now. Keep it up!
