The Favro website is good. Overall I find the Favro service too complex. Trello is much more straight forward. Jira and MS Teams are more feature rich. Coda and Monday have similar services and better mobile apps. The main features I find missing are personal dashboards and custom personal views of Boards and Backlogs.
Specifically the mobile apps are busted, unorganized, and poorly maintained. If you’re in a meeting you’ll need a laptop to triage. Right now there is a bug where menus don’t close. You need to force quit the app to regain control. I’ve been checking back on the mobile apps for over a year and there have been changes but no improvements.

I downloaded the iPad app expecting it to work better than their web version does in Safari but it suffers from most of the same UI issues and is unusable. Pop up menus won’t close, sub panes can’t be resized, and even worse than the website - there’s no way to refresh the page to reset the UI. Since the last app update was a year ago, it appears they’ve abandoned the effort. Not a good look for a hungry company trying to establish itself in the market!

Why why why is your app so bad? I do love your desktop program but if it’s impossible to use your app, then I can’t retrieve the info on the fly and it’s useless. Please please please tell me why you would have a bad app that is unusable this day and age and with all the marketing efforts!!!! Am I missing something????
