I started on this app to learn how to earn money using the stock market. I have done decent and have no complaints in that regard. However, it is like pulling teeth trying to sell stocks or get money back that has been earned. It feels like they hold my earnings for ransom and then blame the brokerage company. At this point I only want to cancel my subscription and move my earnings to my bank account and they won’t allow that to happen. I feel cheated and like my money is no longer mine. #thieves
Locked for 90 days

I was new to investing and trading, and they knew that because it’s one of their options. Well I bought some stocks and sold them later on in the day, and now they’re saying I have a 90 day ban, and that I have to add more funds to my account. I had $40 in there just to try it out, and now it says I have no funds and a 90-day stock ban. Not going to talk down on the app because it is pretty good, but the customer support is complete trash. There needs to be better help.

Seems fair for a new investor or someone who does not know the market well. If you’ve been in the stock markets for a while this app has less to offer in my opinion. Most the stock recommendations other then a few or ones you find big stock gurus vent about and doing a little research will lead you to the stocks they pick. If your new I’d say give it a try but educate yourself about stocks outside this app and it’s “learning courses” too.
