Doesn’t work as advertised
So, I purchased this card as a fraud deterrent for a trip. It worked great on Orbitz for my first flights - All through American Airlines. On my second attempt for a smaller flight it failed, yet the merchant still purchased a small portion to the card, not even the amount of a full ticket jeopardizing my balance and missing the flight. This happened 3 times in a row after reloading using another airline - with a fresh new cash re-load, with customer service of both parties on the line. A complete disaster. Will never use again. And yes, the balance was full, in fact way over the amount of purchase for all purchases. I don’t get it. Like how hard is it to run a company and make this as smooth as possible when others have done this same model 100x. Never again. I’ll go with Western Union card or someone else.

Horrible
Card isn’t accepted almost ANYWHERE. USMoneyPrepaid is a front because it won’t let you sign in. Customer service is rude and their job is to get you off the phone not help you. Was told by a rep that USMoneyPrepaid was down at the moment. I informed her I couldn’t sign in since I got the card three months ago and she said “oh yes they’re still trying to get USMoneyPrepaid working. Is there anything else you need help with?”

Worst customer service ever. Zero help. Very rude. Highly do not recommend for anyone. Do not use unless you want to lose your money.

App over all is great one thing I'd like added is a map of money pass ATMs that the card doesn't charge to use

Awesome App
I have used the U.S. Money prepaid card for months and it is truly better than a bank account. The Mobile App takes it to another level! I especially like the card to card transfer and managing my account from my phone.
