[Update]
I will most likely end up deleting this app.
There is no way to set your own water goal.
Also, as far as I can tell, the preset glass sizes are not available in the watch app, so you have to use the crown to scroll to the amount of ounces that you want to log.

I just downloaded the app so I can't speak to its reliability, but it was frustrating trying to add the complication to my watch. Despite the app's name being "Drink!Water" it is named "moWater" in the Watch's application list. If I would not have accidentally scrolled down too far, I never would have realized that it was already installed on my watch. Since I originally couldn't find it, I assumed that a purchase had to be made to make it available so I paid the $0.99 for the "Enter up Drinks" (no idea what that means), which was probably not necessary. There was no FAQ section, and in no place was it explicitly stated that the complication was available without any additional fee. And unless I'm unaware of how to add additional sizes, it was disappointing that there were only 3 sizes available.
I did appreciate the app syncing the intake data from my Health app (that was provided by the water app I previously used). I needed to find an app that had a complication for the Apple Watch 4, so it was nice that it was illustrated in the photo listing that it was not only compatible, but it showed that the complication could be positioned in various places within the watch face.

Several months ago I inquired about the lack of communication between iPhone and Apple Watch. Everyday you have to open the app on the phone so that the recorded intake on my watch will rest for new day. Very annoying. If this was fixed the app would be great.
