Exhibitors hard to locate as exhibitors are not in correct categories and search is not helpful. No ability to filter to favorites to make floor walk more targeted. Favorites not synching across devices.

NRFEvents is an embarrassment. It is abnormally difficult to get to the program schedule, even harder to build a personal schedule, and then it won’t export to my calendar. Once I linked my profile to LinkedIn I could not manually edit it to bring up relevant information to other attendees. Seriously, the NRF needs to do some soul searching. The Shop.org program conference has deteriorated to a largely meaningless line-up and NRFEvents tells you the core values of customer engagement are not in play in this arena.

Stability issues leaves users frustrated.

App keeps asking for feedback but leads me to event calendars. The development team should consider larger font in search screens. Developers may be in their 20’s and 30’s but your attendees are generally a bit more seasoned (can’t see). App is lacking.
