i tried signing up a while ago when i first signed to my mother agency but it took months for me to get accepted, i belive i never did. I recently got a new phone where i set up a new email but when i get to the last step for the phone number it tells me that my number is in use already, when i tried to put my dads number it told me my email is already in use?? There is no where i can contact costumer support but write a bad review. I’m a model in need and i’m in a new city all alone.

It’s been months and I’ve sent a few emails trying to get INTO to respond about my login trouble. I’ve changed my password multiple times and every time it says it’s changed successfully, it won’t let me log in with that password. Unfortunately emailing them is the only want to get in touch when it asks if we’re “still having trouble” but no response for months. Super frustrating.
