Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever RainMapper app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix RainMapper app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RainMapper app on iPhone
Update RainMapper app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RainMapper iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RainMapper on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RainMapper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

RainMapper Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RainMapper not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RainMapper app issues:

Force Stop the RainMapper App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RainMapper app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RainMapper to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RainMapper App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RainMapper app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RainMapper.

Fix RainMapper unable to contact server/ RainMapper internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RainMapper » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RainMapper » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RainMapper on android.
