Force Stop the Dual Smart EQ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Dual Smart EQ app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Dual Smart EQ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dual Smart EQ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Dual Smart EQ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Dual Smart EQ.
