To resolve Team-One network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Team-One app issues:

Force Stop the Team-One App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Team-One app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Team-One to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Team-One App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Team-One app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Team-One.

Fix Team-One unable to contact server/ Team-One internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Team-One » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Team-One » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Team-One on android.
