Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PwC 365 app issues:

Force Stop the PwC 365 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PwC 365 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PwC 365 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PwC 365 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PwC 365 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PwC 365.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PwC 365 » "Force Stop".
