2 days ago app suddenly reverted, losing all my saved info and badge registration. Tried to re-register badge, but app stalls on email submission. Reached out to both d33 and app developer but no response. Update 1 day ago (18th) did not fix issue.

D23Expo2022 is ok, but having attended many cons for both business and fandoms, the content lacks critical bits of information like "You need a ticket for the Pete Docter signing - pick that up @ x o'clock," and the notifications are nil. Notifications that could help you understand if the D23 hall is full and, if not, which sections are...

How about wait times for the shops that had longer lines than new E-ticket park rides?!

Tableau conference organizers and app manages this brilliantly, by way of example.

Somewhere a decision was made to critically understaff this con. The too few staff who are available are under-informed. Fine, turn a profit... but D23Expo2022 could have solved for a lot of problems, frustration and confusion lack of staff created.

If only it could manage lines, too.

D23Expo2022 could be a great tool, but it crashes right when you click “map” or when clicking for details on anything. Good thing they give out paper maps.

D23Expo2022 has a lot of information. But that's about it. The organization isn't particularly helpful while you're walking the show floor or trying to plan your experience.

As with many similar conferences, there are lines everywhere and D23Expo2022 doesn't help you figure out what you need to do in order to see the things you want to see.

As has been pointed out by other reviewers, D23Expo2022 should help you with queue management and mitigation (use that as encouragement to use D23Expo2022 ).

D23Expo2022 feels like it was put together by a 3rd party and not something created with actual use cases in mind of people attending the con.

D23Expo2022 was good for pre-planning but once I got to the event, it was useless. The only notifications I received were for the start of each day and the "wrap" of the event. Knowing when certain panels were full, or knowing which "stage passes" were still available would have been good to have. As it was, I spent most of my time in lines or sitting in a queue, rather than spending my money as Disney had wished. Please fix this long before the next D23--if there is even going to be one.

We bought the membership; can’t wait for 2021... but D23Expo2022 offers nothing until then? Not even a redirect to other shopping venues, current Disney news, special insider services to parks, tours, events? Truly bummed. D23Expo2022 could be a channel to build excitement and teach fans who haven’t been to D23 what to expect next year. Missed opportunity. Hope it gets better.

All of the information on D23Expo2022 is great. However, my badge cannot be attached to D23Expo2022 . My badge was activated prior to me getting D23Expo2022 and there is no option within D23Expo2022 to link it. The only option is activate badge. I have done that too, which takes you back to the same activation page that you see in a browser. I place my badge numbers and enter my email address (the same one I activated my badge with) and click submit, and nothing happens. The page doesn’t do anything and D23Expo2022 doesn’t move on from the page. I have to click the close option and nothing gets set. This not working will definitely affect my D23 Expo experience because my reservations and badge won’t be connected to D23Expo2022 . If that functionality worked, it would be a 5 star for me.

The D23 Expo application is a fine representation of what the show offers regarding presented content, a map of the show floor so users can get an idea of what’s where as well as well as setup for notification regarding schedule reminders and general news. D23Expo2022 is easy to navigate from users of all backgrounds. D23Expo2022 even has purpose for those not attending as they use the connection to You Tube to view the Expo’s greatest moments.

App works very well, it’s had the occasional crash but it hasn’t been detrimental. However, the description expressly says you can view your reservations in D23Expo2022 . If you didn’t activate your badge in D23Expo2022 then there is no way to tie your badge to it after the fact, and therefore you can’t get your reservations attached. The reminders for events are not far enough ahead of time to make sure you can get in line before the cutoff.
Still overall a better app than 2017, and I’m hopeful they will release an update this week before the expo to fix the badge integration.

This recent update just erase my badge from D23Expo2022 and it seems there’s no way to reload it. I hope this gets fixed soon before the convention starts in 2 days.

Great app I don't have problem with D23Expo2022 but there is some events that can't be record example the one of the parks and i couldn't buy ticket for day 15 but you now we buy tickets form the other days so you could make live videos of the panes like in star wars celebration.

Hi D23 App Team!
Wow, great job on D23Expo2022 compared to 2013. This version feels much more complete and well thought-out.
I am a Charter D23 member, and I've been to every single Expo.

When I was looking at the Show Floor map, it seemed to me that the Hall 23 & the Dream Store, Stage Pass, and Emporium were on the incorrect sides in comparison to the Show Floor entrance. In the past, you've always had Hall 23 (aka the arena) on the right as one enters the Show Floor.

I simply wanted to alert D23Expo2022 makers, in case this was an accident that was overlooked. It may be quite confusing for attendees of the convention. Other than that, wonderful job!

This version is much better than the 2017 app. Love the map and the detailed schedules. Super helpful in planning our days at D23!!

D23Expo2022 is necessary to plan your D23 experience. As a first timer I have been worrying over what to expect and how to manage the Expo so that it was a fun, not stressful, event. D23Expo2022 has helped calm my fears and I feel much better prepared. Thanks D23!

I have been D23 a few times and it keeps getting better and better. However, this also means it's more crowded. D23Expo2022 allows me to keep track of what I wanted to see/buy/ experience and plan accordingly. A true gen for all expo-goers!

If you're going to the D23 Expo, then you must get D23Expo2022.
With a map of the venue showing bathrooms, places to eat, etc. , a schedule of each and every one of the events, and many other quirks, you're life will be a WHOLE lot easier during your time army the Expo.
Please don't read anymore reviews and just buy D23Expo2022 ! It's the ONLY app that's going to help you out during the...chaotic...and super fun adventure at The D23 Expo!
