Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever DevPad app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix DevPad app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DevPad app on iPhone
Update DevPad app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DevPad iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DevPad on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DevPad network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix DevPad not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DevPad app issues:

Force Stop the DevPad App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DevPad app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DevPad to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DevPad App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DevPad app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DevPad.

Fix DevPad unable to contact server/ DevPad internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DevPad » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DevPad » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DevPad on android.
