I realize there are many factors that influence whether the bus will be on time. Many uncontrollable, over scheduling is under your control, many bus drivers state when they are running late or overbooked, they get no help from whom ever is able help relieve the problem. Many people who ride required more than the scheduled allotted time for pick up and getting off. This also causing a driver to run late.
On positive side most drivers are friendly and professional and extremely helpful..It is a shared ride and I just sit and enjoy it, while some are very ungrateful if they are are taken straight to drop off, most drivers deal kindly with these riders.

VIAgo saves me time an money do to the fact I’m a regular ride on VIA because I’m not a person that carries cash on them a lot now that I’ve got the the i do is push buy ticket even if don’t use it that it still be there when I need it thanks VIA for coming up with VIA Go Mobile.

I think it’s great and all that the design is more refined but now I have to open VIAgo like a whole 1 min and 1/2 before the actual bus arrives. The older version loading instantly. This one has a loading screen that’ll make the drivers think I’m a fraud or dont even have a bus pass. Not the best feelings in the world.

I must’ve jinxed myself because now it takes three restarts of VIAgo to load up. Still think the design is dope but my god it takes forever. And last month a bus driver thought my pass was fake because of the new design. It’s truly been a journey with this new redesign...

Before when using the trip planner option it would give you ALL info about your trip to include bus stop numbers. Now for some reason y’all thought it would be a good idea to no longer include bus stop numbers with the trip planner. Also now that everything is done through google maps if you try to zoom in on the map it completely erases the trip you had. Recent updates are AWFUL and have ruined the VIAgo for me. Way to go VIA with one update you’ve ruined a perfectly good and helpful app now saying VIAgo is less than useful would be an understatement.

I enjoyed showing the paid receipt via my phone instead of hanging on to a paper ticket. Favorite feature was texting in the bus stop number and having an eta of the next bus.

This is a really good app, fast-acting with a clean, intuitive and user-friendly interface. It could be great if it gave you greater control over (archive, export, delete) your purchase history which is unnecessarily redundant. Also, its connection to the web app is not a smooth ride.

Why does VIAgo makes me spin over 1.45 to purchase my ticket anything under 145 I can’t purchase a ticket so it’s telling me I have to spin over 1.45 when my bus ticket only $.72

VIAgo is really great because when I have money in my card I just had to connect it to VIAgo and buy my ticket for the bus here
It’s just easy and more convenient then having a paper card

I've used VIAgo several times when visiting San Antonio, and it works great to buy tickets without having to find a ticket vending machine or a retailer that sells tickets. It's simple and intuitive, and the dynamic tickets that it generates are beautiful.

Thank you via for drop off a box of food to my home it was so unexpected we our is so grateful for such a kind deed your doing for the community we needed it so much

VIAgo is the best BUT as of a while ago, its been lagging very badly. It doesn’t let me download my ticket,saying there’s an issue with the server. I’d like to know when this is getting fixed because I use VIAgo almost every day since it’s so much easier to just have your card linked and have your tickets at the palm of your hand. Hope this bug gets fixed soon.

I have not had a problem since I downloaded VIAgo . Checkout process is quick and easy.

I downloaded VIAgo to use while visiting San Antonio as I like to use public transit when visiting other cities. I was delighted to see VIA had an app. Sadly, it proved very disappointing, repeatedly freezing or failing to execute functions such as route finding or purchasing tickets. All on a fully charged, up to date iPhone with a strong signal.

I would love to give via go mobile 5 stars. The reason for only 4 stars is that the issues for there onboard scanners are still ongoing.
