Seems that the developers are not reading feedbacks that needed to be addressed (same problem as a year ago?!)
No one is going to use AlamedaCountyProperty if it doesn't work.
Fix the issues in these reviews. They are handing it to you in a platter yet you don't do anything about fixing the problems.

Wow. Apple should remove AlamedaCountyProperty for nonfunctioning. Clicking street type or address shows disabled screen with a broken select box. The only choice is to force quit AlamedaCountyProperty .
The last update was a year ago. Alameda County has clearly abandoned AlamedaCountyProperty. Apple should pull it.

Same problem as with the voter registration app, when you are inputting values, the street type selection button takes you to an inescapable screen, and you can't make your selection or go any further. Fix this and it's probably a very useful app
by InkFanatic
Clearly nobody did any QA on AlamedaCountyProperty. The street type button doesn't work the city button doesn't work. The only thing that allows it to work is knowing your parcel number. Get it together and fix it.

It seemed like a great idea, right until I was told to pay a $150 fee for the "convenience" of paying my property taxes via iPad. Yikes! I'll go dig my paper checks out of the bottom of the drawer and try to remember what a first class stamp costs these days. So much for Alameda County's attempt to go high-tech.

When searching by Street Type (required for an address look-up) AlamedaCountyProperty locks itself into a carousel that says "Street Type" with no selectable or back affordances. Renders the entire app useless from the very first step.

Oh well, nice thought AC! This is too broken to use and has been from earliest comments. Freezes in βStreet Typeβ screen if you try to enter a property address. I bet my tax dollars helped pay from this POC.

Why would you create an app and then ignore user comments? I saw a comment from Nov 4, 2014 which was exactly what happened when I tried to use AlamedaCountyProperty today.

Address option does not work on iphone. You cannot select street type or city

AlamedaCountyProperty doesn't work! The selection for street type and city just freezes AlamedaCountyProperty .

This could be a great app--please repair street button, can not use app until this is fixed unless you know parcel number.

When going to the expiration date entry for paying property tax with a credit card, AlamedaCountyProperty freezes.
by Knealy
This is a good app but it won't tell you if the tax has been paid or show a payment history. So you can't tell if they've received or recorded your payment.
by Hdhgsbg
Works nicely. Shows payment history.

Great app! Couldn't find my tax bill and use your app to find out what I owe. Perfect!
