About this app

This application will be used to collect customer experience information in order to help improve the service of AIR FRANCE and KLM.  To be able to use this application you need to be registered as a Quality Observer for AIR FRANCE and KLM.  This application is developed in cooperation with AIR FRANCE and KLM, and managed by TNS, registered in Amsterdam.  This application works by invite only.  You need to log on with the username and password you received by text message on your mobile phone.
