Hashtags stopped working

This app used to work perfectly but for some reason the hashtags won’t generate anymore and that page has just been blank for a month now. However it still makes the photos square, so it kind of works.
Freezes when I save

I’ve been using this app for a while and it works great. It’s simple and easy to use. However, when I save it to my phone, the app freezes and I have to restart the app. The photo still saves to my phone, but if I want to square a different picture I have to close out of the app and restart it.

I need this app because I always have photos I want to use as my wallpaper but they don't fit and they he cropped off. So using this, all my pictures fit!!
