I like this service to check the current exchange rates to send money abroad. Unfortunately, their information isn’t always accurate. For example, the USD to PHP rate today is shown as 48.71. PHPPesoExchangeRates shows the InstaRem rate as 48.70, but that is not true. The InstaReM rate from $1 to $2,500 ranges from 45.68 to 48.31. Overall the service is good though.

Would like to have the availability to be able to put exact amount to be converted in, also trend for Bank i.e. BBO for week and month

I’ve been using the western union app. And i am satisfied everytime im sending money ti my family.. i recommend PHPPesoExchangeRates. Is worth it and no assle to go out and fall in the line in the store..

Trying to compare recent trend on exchange rate, and found out that there are more remittance services that will offer you a higher rate. i.e. Xoom is 1php less than western union, did not know that. And they even recommended transfast!! Which paid 1.25php more than xoom. Thats about 5000 pesos for a $2000 transaction! Very good tip! Gotta love PHPPesoExchangeRates
