How to fix Resuscitation! app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Resuscitation! app on iPhone
Update Resuscitation! app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Resuscitation! iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Resuscitation! on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Resuscitation! network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Resuscitation! Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Resuscitation! not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Resuscitation! App
1. On android, goto Settings » Resuscitation! » click [Force Stop]

Update Resuscitation! to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Resuscitation! App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Resuscitation! » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Resuscitation!.

Fix Resuscitation! unable to contact server/ Resuscitation! internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Resuscitation! » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Resuscitation! » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Resuscitation!
