Terrible update

2022-05-10

by Joseph.C.B

This app was my favorite and most used app on my phone. However, the current update has annoying full screen ads pop up virtually every time I use it. It has become unusable. What a disaster. Stupid move!

Just don't get it

What use is a dictionary when you look up a foreign word, and the app can only pronounce the original word you typed in not the translated word? Surely you want to hear the pronunciation of the word you are looking up. No settings to change that...crazy!

Immediate update required

Have a Problem with Malay? Report Issue

Why should I report an Issue with Malay?

  1. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Malay to your problem using the strength of crowds. We have over 1,000,000 users and companies will listen to us.
  2. We have developed a system that will try to get in touch with a company once an issue is reported and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen.
  3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.
  4. If you are a Malay customer and are running into a problem, Justuseapp might not be the fastest and most effective way for you to solve the problem but at least you can warn others off using Malay.
