Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Wind Lite app issues:

Force Stop the Wind Lite App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Wind Lite app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Wind Lite to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wind Lite App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Wind Lite app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
