The color-coded map pins indicating locations of quakes are easy to use and distinguish !when looking at the globe. Zoom in and zoom out works great. Locating large quakes is easy with the color coding. Identify areas of recent seismic activity is easy. TremorTracker loads quickly and the developer is responsive to bug reports! Thanks. Great app!

This is by far the best and most informative app to watch earth movement.

This is amazing! Anyone who wants to be on top of earthquake activity around the planet for school projects, current events or basic interest THIS IS TremorTracker ! Updates every 5 mins! I find it fascinating how much activity is going on & how very little of it hits the news!! Just a great tool to get info news media tend to ignore! The wild fire app is another awesome app to download!

This is a nice app but what it really needs is the ability to utilize the iPhone accelerometer to detect earthquakes and automatically share that data to the cloud and/or the USGS.
Only when enough similar readings are detected from a certain region within a narrow timeframe would the data be considered legitimate and then be pushed back out to the map for all users to view.
TremorTracker could also be active only at certain times of the day/night that the user defines. As well as only be active when connected to pre-defined wifi networks. Such as Home or work.
Another option would be to only take accelerometer reading when it is plugged into power (such as when on your night stand or connected to a computer USB).
TremorTracker could also use the iPhone GPS to disable sensor reading when moving. As well as only record seismic data when TremorTracker detects the iPhone is laying flat on its back.
Another option would be to disable the seismic sensor data output when a face is detected with the front facing camera.
Requiring TremorTracker to be running in the foreground would also further prevent false readings.
This could easily, quickly, and cheaply create a huge network of seismographs around the world.

No extra garbage. Just what I want. Easy to see quake levels and locations. Spherical, rotating earth with zoom capabilities really provides my visual processing mind with an actual feel of where, when and how much this little planet is moving.

Tremor tracker is a very handy addition to my iPhone. I very much enjoy being up to date on earthquakes since my family lives many miles apart. Using TremorTracker I can see in real time what is happening.

Love how you can search the whole earth. Helpful for seeing, hour, day, week, month. I even like how TremorTracker will show you if the earthquake has a tsunami warning!

There was a 7.2 magnitude quake (pretty big) in Mexico about 90 minutes ago.
There is nothing that shows you within TremorTracker.
I was alerted by a news app.
Even hunting for a known quake is pointless with TremorTracker. Don't expect to see anything right after it happens. This example makes TremorTracker a total waste of money.

when I hear about EQs ! Use regularly on my twitter feed , just an all around great app showing EG on globe . Love it if they'd put fault lines & plates , but I sure can live with TremorTracker !
Real five pointer !

I love that it updates every 2 minutes and that you can zoom in.

TremorTracker worked great and was a 5 star app until about 2 weeks ago and it has stopped completely on my iPad and iPhone. My friends app quit working too. I just deleted and re-loaded and it still does not work. Now it gets only 1 star for the pretty color atlas. Get it working again and it will be a 5 star app again.
