Simpl Website Builder Reviews

This is a cool tool for someone who wants to quickly get a website up on the run. It is very easy to use. I do not think this makes a great long term plan for your website unless you plan on keeping it simple. The web domain is theirs you cannot put the site on your hosting so you have to forward your domain to their site. You also can only develop one webpage per subscription which makes the $80 a year seem a bit steep. If you could develop multiple sites for that cost I would probably subscribe for the year. But with the cost per year and the lack of ability to use your own web domain I don’t think I would spend that much long term. $7 a month for a couple of months until you get your website fully developed is not a bad deal however.

I have tried to contact this company and get no response. Please return my emails....
Created my iPadbasics Website in about 1/2 hour right on my iPad. Really easy to cut/paste content from my "notes" App and include the many photos I've taken to brighten up the site. I also published to FB and feel very confident about the stability of SimplWebsiteBuilder. The monthly charge is very reasonable at $4.99, and I can add new content any day of the week right from my iPad. The Support is outstanding with response time well within 24 hours. Now I have a website to send my students to. Thank you Simpl!

My one pet peeve with subscription services is when the company makes it difficult to unsubscribe. It is just so sleezy and such an easy fix.

A while ago it was super easy to unsubscribe with Simpl. Now, I have no idea how to do it. You can’t do it on SimplWebsiteBuilder or their website. The only logical explanation for why they would change their system to make it harder to unsubscribe is that they want to trick you into taking money from you. Why else would you take a perfectly good and “simple” system and make it more complicated?

Will I get charged if I put content on it? I’m just a child and I don’t have money!! Will I get in trouble. Please please give me an answer ASAP

Lol, I made this a few months ago and deleted SimplWebsiteBuilder so fast. Tbh, from the reviews you should download it. I just think the developers wording is harder for me to understand. They have helped me understand that I didn’t have to pay anything so I’m great!

My friend and I are doing a project and we though about making a website so i made an account but then we decided not to... after the free trial ends can i end my account as well? We made absolutely no content!

I was super excited to start my own website I was reading some of the comments and they were saying it was free. Whoever sent that comment needs to think again this website is not free these people are just trying to trick you they SimplWebsiteBuilder is super crappy and greedy this is the worst I’ve ever and I totally mean it whoever made it is terrible at making apps I hate SimplWebsiteBuilder do not get it I spent $79 on nothing they make you buy stuff even if you don’t want to SimplWebsiteBuilder is terrible and when I say it I mean it

This was a special app that really made you a website. Times have changed but not SimplWebsiteBuilder. No modern tools. Theme warning that they will expire last year. All in all, works well for what it does. It’s dated and not readily updated. Fix the notice that the themes will be retired.

So far this appears to be a great app. I will review again once I can see how it works and if I can achieve my goals by using SimplWebsiteBuilder. Thank you for creating such an app. Niki

I have enjoyed using this site but if you have a support issue don’t count on the help desk. Ive tried to contact them for 5 days & after the first response didn’t solve my problem ive gotten no further response at all...ive been a customer for a year or so:-( im no longer working with companies that don’t provide phone support because emailing is only helpful if theres someone at the other end!

So I downloaded this and then accidentally deleted it and then downloaded it again so I logged in with my account. But when I was done logging in, it said, “subscribe in order to save your website” and in the middle it said, “if you are on the 30 day trial press ‘cancel’” so I pressed cancel and it said, “ do you have a simpl. Website?” So I clicked yes and logged in AGAIN. And then I came to the subscribe thing again! I was sooo frustrated I just deleted SimplWebsiteBuilder again. DONT GET SimplWebsiteBuilder!!!!!

Haven’t published....Just started creating and love its simplicity. Is there a way I can share before I publish? Can I copyright what I sell? Do I have to have a business license? I am a starting struggling artist.

Where do I put the price for my merchandise?

Fantastic way to get a Website up and running very quickly! Not a web designer but familiar with many sophisticated platforms. I’m new to Simpl it gets the job done just like the Pro Apps and there’s way less of a learning curve!

SimplWebsiteBuilder is wonderful! It is so simple and easy to build, and makes a great website! I would never use a different app to build a simple website!
