Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ONEPOINT 360 app issues:

Force Stop the ONEPOINT 360 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ONEPOINT 360 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ONEPOINT 360 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ONEPOINT 360 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ONEPOINT 360 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ONEPOINT 360.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
