Disappointed
Installed this app with high expectations after reading about it in The Week. Installation and activation went smoothly but that was the end of it. Since then it's done nothing but ask me to upgrade and then "update data." I haven't been able to get it to do anything else, haven't even set it up to track anyone yet so not sure what it's updating. It just gets hung up and frozen on the "Updating data" screen.

I only write reviews on apps when it's really necessary to tell the world just how awful an app is and this is definitely one of them! Am I ever going to be able to use this app? I don't think so. As long as it keeps "Updating Data...," I don't think it's possible. Really wish I could give it half a star or no stars at all because this app really doesn't deserve any. All the good reviews are lies from the makers! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THIS APP!!!

Don't buy
Was optimistic, the free version just displayed updating data, nothing else, the only functional option was upgrade, I did and still no change, changed all settings to allow allow and still updating data, don't buy, we were probably allowing them to take private information off our phones. Who knows. Deleting the app now.
