How to fix DragonFly RoadTrip app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DragonFly RoadTrip app on iPhone
Update DragonFly RoadTrip app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DragonFly RoadTrip iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DragonFly RoadTrip on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DragonFly RoadTrip network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DragonFly RoadTrip Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DragonFly RoadTrip not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DragonFly RoadTrip App
1. On android, goto Settings » DragonFly RoadTrip » click [Force Stop]

Update DragonFly RoadTrip to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DragonFly RoadTrip App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DragonFly RoadTrip » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DragonFly RoadTrip.

Fix DragonFly RoadTrip unable to contact server/ DragonFly RoadTrip internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DragonFly RoadTrip » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DragonFly RoadTrip » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DragonFly RoadTrip
