About DriveNow Carsharing
A:You will be able to park the car at any public parking space within the DriveNow Zone of that city at no extra fee.
You will be able find cars parked in public parking spots throughout the city and you can also leave them at any public spot.
For example start your rental on one side of the city and just end it directly in your street! In contrast to traditional car rental, it is also possible to rent a car for just a short time with the DriveNow app.
With DriveNow you are not tied down with fixed stations, our cars are parked all over the DriveNow Zone in your city.
As a DriveNow Customer you have access to more than 20.000 vehicles in our app with a wide variety such as the flexible Smart, sporty MINI as well as the modern A-class and the dynamic BMW X2.

A: It is just that easy, as soon as you have registered and activated your account you will get access to over 20.000 cars across Europe and worldwide where you can drive on a daily basis.
You pay only for the minutes you drive, we take care of the rest - parking, refueling, vehicle tax and insurance costs.
A: Thanks to the Car Radar we will be able to to notify you once a car is parked in your area and you will be able to reserve a car quickly.
You can find SHARE NOW in seven cities in Germany, 19 cities in Europe and with that 30 times worldwide.
We also offer corporate car sharing to decrease the costs of business trips.

Major bugs
The view of the currently occupied vehicle keeps disappearing and reverting to the map. It doesn’t make sense because if you’re already in a vehicle, why would you want to see where the other vehicles are? Even if you do want to drive to another vehicle, the primary view should be of the vehicle in your possession (parked or not), yet that view is at times impossible to pull up, which can be immensely frustrating. Additionally, it appears to be impossible to see the parking boundaries in DriveNowCarsharing . You can /guess/ at the boundaries based on where other cars are parked, but if the person in the car with you is attempting to find the city boundary in DriveNowCarsharing so you can park, it doesn’t appear to be possible. The DriveNow service itself is /absolutely exceptional/ but these two flaws not DriveNowCarsharing are major ones, that need to be fixed. Fixing these and making DriveNowCarsharing design itself a little nicer would make for a five-star app, commensurate with the five-star service it is attached to.

Never let me down
I often use DriveNow to get to the airport or back. I usually value convenience over everything, and DriveNow has that nailed. It’s always easy to use, which is great when you’re under time pressure. More important than convenience is reliability and DriveNow has that too. I’ve always been able to locate and use a car when I’ve needed it. The fact that BMW and MINI cars are offered is simply the whipped cream and cherry on the sundae, making the whole experience more than functional, making it fun too.

Different languages
DriveNowCarsharing is great and so are the ease of the cars they are allowing people to drive. The only downfall is if you don’t know a specific car and how it works, it’s very difficult to change the language on the map or if there are instructions on the screen to change the language. It might only apply to me though..... I love the ease of picking up and dropping off cars

WORST COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The registration process is broken. I couldn’t make payment through it, neither through their customer service. Ultimately they sent me a credit recollection company. Now it’s been more than 3 month that I managed to pay for the registration, yet my account is blocked and I can’t use the service. This is despite multiple attempts to communicate with the customer service over the phone and through email.
I’ve used dozens of car rental services in different countries, some were better some were worse, but DriveNow is by far the my WORST interaction with a company EVER (I’m even extending to any form of company, not just car sharing/rental)

Great service and cars, not completely clear terms
The service is amazing. The cars are superb and there are plenty of them around. The price is also reasonable, particularly when using prepaid packages. The only down side is not so clear terms regarding the existing damage on the cars and how to go about it.

Plug and play and plug
Very simple interface makes this carshare super easy to use. Was on the road in less than ten minutes on my first use. Love the electric cars (throw some Tesla Model 3s in the mix please!!!) and getting bonus minutes (80kr) for bringing the car to a charger when you are done.

It works and works well
I’m endlessly impressed with how easy this is. Open DriveNowCarsharing , find a car (there are a lot in Helsinki), and go. App works great, cars are in great condition. No worries about gas, insurance, parking. DriveNow has made the process too easy. Please expand to my other home in Tianjin, China!

App is great - price policy gets worse
App does everything I need.
Unfortunately, DriveNow wants to make more profit so they got rid of allowing drivers to pause a rental while keeping the car. So the “spontaneous trip to the Starnberger See (orig ad) is no longer possible.
If you need to park you pay FULL PRICE!!!?!!

Love it the only thing you need is a plan for renting weekly, and incar info on charging stations . That was hard to find on GPS
