The Twilight Zone Radio Dramas Reviews

For some reason, TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas is starting the programs in random places. The status bar LOOKS like it's the beginning, and it will go through and loop the part it initially cut off and add it back at the end of the time allotment, but it makes the programs unlistenable. Seems to work okay on iPad, but the iPhone 8 is all messed up.

I used to own the CDs, but TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas is a lot more convenient! I wish there were more programs like these.

You unlock TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas with the key of imagination... really cool app that organizes all of these episodes in a convenient way. Love it

Ever since I got my iPhone 8 all the episodes start playing from the middle it seems like the segments are not in the proper order.

I prefer authentic old radio shows but this is pretty well produced. The fact that it is double the cost of any highly respected radio show while this has a ragtag team of 90s celebrities begs to question the pricing. Revenue was already made from radio ads, satellite and CDs so you have to ask yourself why CBS would charge its fans double the standard .99 & 1.29 price. Adam Baldwin is no Ira Glass.

I purchased every single episode, and for some reason it won’t play many of them. Every time I try to start them it just crashes. I have an iPhone X.

Not sure what’s going on, but TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas is not working at all. It will not upload my purchases and there are MANY, AND today it will not allow me to log into my account!!

I got TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas thinking that I could listen to TZ on the airplane to Jamaica. Pushing play took me out of TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas every time. Fortunately these radio versions are available on CD from the public library.

This was one of best app on the iPhone 7, but now that I’ve upgraded to the iPhone X, TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas doesn’t seem compatible. TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas needs and iPhone X update like yesterday.

Crashes upon startup can’t get even to main screen? Please fix

Suddenly TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas tells me it is no longer shared with me. What happened to all the episodes that I purchased! Has twilight zone truly gone to the outer limits?
Refunds needed ????????????

App is just trying to sell you shows. Look elsewhere and don’t waste your time.

I have to say by far this is my favorite app ever created. Being a huge Twilight Zone and radio fan this is perfect! I listen to it all the time even fall asleep to it.
Just one thing. Recently my iTunes account was compromised hijacked whatever you want to call it and upon getting a new iPhone and fighting like crazy to get my iTunes back it was a fight recovering anything purchased "in app" I have recovered all purchases except for TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas and one other. Promised I would be able to recover my purchases has been a game of tag with no resolution.
So I unfortunately have to not recommend TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas. Yes chances are you will love it but in the event you have a issue it will be one big headache of "try this" and not getting what you need.
There fore I cannot recommend TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas. If it were easy to recover what you purchased I would glowingly recommend TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas!

These radio drama versions are very well done. I love the old TZ shows on TV and now I get them on my iPhone to listen to whenever I want.
I was hesitant about the remakes, but after listening, all doubts are gone. These remakes stay pretty true to the original versions for the most part. There is some changing from the original scripts, but they are very well done and make these dramas even that much better. I like them and highly recommend them to TZ fans.
My favorite is "Still Valley" the old rebel magic man is extremely well acted, you'd think he was plucked straight from the 1800's and dropped into this role.

I wanted to review this to bring more positive ratings to the table. This series gives TZ more depth, uses wonderful famous actors ( e.g. Jane Seymour), and adds in the original Filmscores, making this the best audio drama I have ever heard. I listen to these episodes again and again, while at work, or cleaning, or going for a walk, these have given me some of the best entertainment I have ever experienced.

Would love to see a playlist option. My only issue is that I have to pick a new episode instead of just listening through and being surprised by episodes I might not listen to as ,much.

Absolutely perfect app--keeps all your TZ Radio Dramas in one location, easy to navigate, easy to use. App allows you to immediately download to your iPad or iPhone, and allows for retrieval of deleted purchases, just like iTunes audio purchases. Also, the TZ app includes all the episodes; not all the episodes are available through iTunes; and the episodes may be bought in lots, essentially giving you three free episodes for every lot. The episodes themselves are all phenomenal! They mirror the televised versions, but include additional content that really fleshes out the story. Excellent and highly recommended. Five stars.

I'm a big fan of old radio programs and at first glance I thought this might be a cool app. Then I realized the episodes were remakes and I became hesitant about getting it. But after listening to one of the free episodes, which ran about 28:30, I was very pleased. The $2 price per episode is fair given the length of the stories and the production value, and at $10 per volume, it's still a great deal. If you like the classics, give TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas a go. It's a lot of fun. Great acting too.

I love the twilight zone, iv been watching it ever since my dad first showed me, so this is an app for all those twilight zone fans out there. But 1.99 Is too expensive for just one episode, I'd say I'd buy a couple episodes if they were 99 cents. anyway it's an amazing app to have, it's very entertaining and it keeps me on the edge of my seat. oh and one review says that it doesn't work if ur not connected to the Internet but that's not true.

This brings back great memories for my husband & I. We remember how the Twilight Zone TV series would scare the ever lovin out of us as kids! I've purchased several epidoses & so far each one has been outstanding. My family & I can't wait to enjoy more! Great entertainment for the whole family in the car.

I drive a lot and have started using TheTwilightZoneRadioDramas. There are some good episodes. I like the bundle price, but come on, 1.99 is a bit much and you can't pick and choose which ones you like for that price. However, if you drive alone and want this type of entertainment, spend the two bits. Then, put the vehicle in cruise control and enjoy.
